Jeremiah Johnson is the Director of Information Technology at Leonine Public Affairs, specializing in user experience (UX) design for large-scale web applications such as the FOCUS legislative tracking database. He worked as a legislative analyst with the 50-state tracking team FOCUS for six years before transitioning into a web design and development role, eventually moving into the IT lead. He leverages his experience with legislative and regulatory policy to enhance the experience for FOCUS users while leading the development of new technologies to keep government affairs applications current with modern web trends. A native of the Green Mountain State, Jeremiah studied mathematics at the University of Vermont, enjoys playing and recording music, painting and watching horror movies year-round.
